While dealing with 2 different dealerships due to one having the vehicle I really wanted... and one having my next favorite option, I made the decision to buy the one I really wanted versus the truck I already have only a newer model... I was called by Jazz, my sales person about the truck ...After telling him I made the purchase of the truck I really wanted he started cursing and hung the phone up. Not very professional. I tried calling the manager but nobody has called me back.

10/10 recommend going LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. I was told “i didn’t do my research” and “i wasn’t serious about buying a truck” because i was trying to reasonably negotiate. F*@k that place

Customer service is lacking. Whenever you call get voicemails. Have never received a call back. Bought 2 cars from this dealership same night. Still waiting for an order that is owed to us, and can’t even get an answer on anything.
