I’ve purchased over ten cars since 2015 and Jim Click Chrysler Jeep has 100% given me the worst purchasing experience I’ve ever had. (Royal Kia and Chapman Honda are two that I highly recommend.) My salesperson had admitted right off the bat that he was new, so I was able to overlook that my knowledge between models exceeded his. Service department is a joke. No communication whatsoever..they keep your car for a week and will give it back with the same problem it had when you brought it there in the first place or worse. Really upset that I’m now paying on a car that I barely even get to drive because it’s always in the shop.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! Just not an acceptable level of customer service. The quintessential example of a business that looks only out for their own benefit. I do not recommend this dealership at all. Nothing but classless management, empty promises and no action. There are too many other places to go in the region. Feel free to msg me for details.

I had a terrible experience with the service manager Kelly. She was rude and disrespectful and was caught in 2 lies about the work done to my car. They did work on my car without my authorization which was supposed to be covered by warranty changed the scope of the work to get around the warranty and then tried to charge me for it. I would never give them my business again.
