When I had my vehicle brought into the shop I was expecting the same type of service any other shop provides. But this is was not the case, the guy Paul who handled my vehicle took great care of me and my jeep, kept me updated every step of the way. I will definitely make sure to bring my vehicle here if I need some work done. Great people, great service, and great attitudes!!!

While the service was great, I forget the guys name, and the prices were comparable to other shops. However, I had a Misc charge of almost $17 for "shop materials even though those materials may not have been used on my vehicle". I had already paid parts and labor. I was not given a receipt until after I paid so it was too late. However I will not use them again except recalls and warranty work. If had not been for the hidden $17 charge it would Be been a 5 star, and I'd be a repeat customer.

I had an 'emergency' on my way to BR, turned around and came in without an appt. Luckily it was an easy fix! They worked me in and repaired the problem within 3 hours, and also fixed a 'recall' problem while they had it! Great service, great staff!
