I brought my brand new 2015Grand Jeep Cherokee that I bought from another dealership here to be fixed. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and felt welcomed. Erin was so pilote. I purchased my Dodge vehicle from All Star Dodge back in 2010 and I have not had an bad experience with this dealership (Can't say the same for the Dodge dealership located in Baton Rouge, LA). My Jeep had a recall update that was done by another dealership. The recall update messed up my radio/control center. It took All Star 4 weeks to find out what was wrong, then a whole new radio had to be installed. While staff were very courteous, updates were only made if I called. They provided a loaner vehicle--that was a plus.
All issues with my warranty have been cleared up, Ms. Tonya with Allstar Dodge contacted me promptly and the issue has been resolved we will be receiving our warranty refund promptly.
