Worst customer service EVER!! They didn't find the problem! replaced a four month old battery(which is not the problem) and did recalls that had already been done! had to put one star because it dosnt let you put 0......poor poor poor
Had an appointment for an oil change (added a tire rotation). This took 3 1/2 hours! Then they tried to charge $ for the promised free tire rotation and it took several phone calls to get that straight. The only redeeming thing about wasting half a day was that the service was free (offered when the car was purchased). The sales staff was good to work with but the service department definitely needs improving.
Worst service dept I've ever dealt with. Rude manager. Took 2 weeks to fix a leak on my brand new jeep. Poor communication poor work !!! Will never buy from all star again!!!!
I had got a recall notice in the mail for my truck's airbag system. I called to see about going to get the recall taken care of and I was told that they didn't have the part in stock and they would send me a letter in the mail when it came in.Approximately 3 weeks later, I still hadn't received a letter or a phone call, so I went by the dealership and checked to see if they had got the part and if they could fix it that day. I don't know why we have even bothered to "shop around". All Star has always given us the best trade in price as well as purchased price and without all the haggle. So many other dealers make the process a ridiculous game of smoke and mirrors instead of just being straight up. Thanks to Bob, Ryan and the guys over their for being awesome.
Just bought a 2015 Ram Big Horn truck from them!!! I want to give props to Jackie for being such a great person to work with and for facilitating a reasonable and affordable deal for me. She really went above and beyond to help me put and did a fantastic job!!!
