Total waste of time they advertise a 499 down that is bs they told me I needed 3000 down I show up with it and they still said they couldn’t help me wasted my whole day DONT GO THERE
RecommendedAlways have the best customer service here. Until I bought my Wrangler two years ago I had never returned to a dealer for any services because of how I’d been treated at them in the past. Everyone here is friendly, helpful and service is fairly quick. And of course Mike in service ... he is the prime example of excellent customer service!! Great guy
went there after being told that we qualified for the promotion. even physically spoke to them. and then we find out that the ad was a complete lie. they proceeded to check our credit. and then within hours, our credit score dropped 40+ points. They need to and will be reported for FALSE ADVERTISING!! do not trust them. NOTHING BUT SLIMY SCUZZY TYPICAL SALESMEN!!!!

Poor rating is for customer service area. Boyfriend purchased jeep and lift from this location. Brought Jeep in this week for service, they ordered the wrong part but told him it was ready today (supposed to be ready yesterday). When he got there is when they decided to tell him it wasn’t ready and he’s had a rental vehicle all this week. They keep avoiding answering questions and don’t meet their timeline for any customer service needs.
