So first and foremost do not trust the service at all. I haven’t even had my brand new 2018 Jeep Compass for 6 months and have had brake and possible axel issues. I purchased an additional warranty on top of my car itself to have it serviced as well as cover a loaner vehicle. My brakes squeak loud at times and it’s embarrassing. I’ve come several times and been given the same answer “ your brakes sound fine during the road test” so tell me why when I get my car back from them the brakes are squeaking again! I’ve been waiting 2 weeks now for parts to come in to get my van fixed and my husband called today to find out they have no record of my van even needing fixed or what needed fixed on it. So are you all dishonest? Did you lie to me about what you claim needs fixed? Why tell me two weeks ago the parts are ordered and it may take time to get them here because of the snow and avalanche conditions in Denver if you didn’t even make note of it or order the parts?
