I spent all day looking for a car and I wish I started here! I got exactly what I wanted in a car for a reasonable price and very nice staff!
Upon arriving @the service dept., I stood there without being acknowledged for at least 2 minutes. A simple "we'll be with you in a minute" would have been good. My truck was clean before it was serviced. When I retrieved my truck, someone had decided it was OK to drive through a mud hole with it. Neither of these are acceptable. I don't know if I'll be a return customer anymore.
My experience is always pleasant, never sitting for a long period of time. They are my #1 pick for all my maintenance needs for my car I recommend this location for vehicle purchases and maintenance needs. 100%
Service department is a joke. Lord help me having to deal with them again after they had my car over three weeks. Now after only having my van back for a month it's not driveable. Do not bring your car here for service. I repeat DO NOT bring your car her to be serviced. They make you a appt and then don't even touch your vehicle for a week then give it back to you not fixed and worse then what it was. Very upset.
I just bought a 2013 Nissan Maxima and got a great car for a great deal! Thank you for making experience a good one and Ben was the best!!! I will definitely be referring people. I've bought many cars in my lifetime and have NEVER been so happy with my purchase.
