Brought my truck in for recall work and they did them in a reasonable amount of time.
I hate going there. I had a recall is the only reason I had to go back there. Not only did the call me stupid but there service writer. Do not tell me you did not screw something up when it is plain to 2 people. Oh that's right we are women (WITH A BRAIN). They take the vehicle out of site for 15 min then comes back fixed and told me there was nothing wrong. Really Seriously. It just fixed it self. I left before my mouth went into Texas pissed off.
When u close the deal in the finance managers office ... Make sure when he tries to sell you an extended warranty that he tells you the difference between one of those and a vehicle mechanical breakdown insurance policy - BIG DIFFERENCE !!!!! I'm not saying any1 was trying to rip me off ... But please be AWARE and read "policy term definition part C" ... I was rushed through and missed it .. Feeling misled & ripped off now ...
