Horrible sales and customer service!!! Bought a wrangler pre owned, within weeks the battery died, roof leaked, and transmission lines were leaking. Since I didn’t have time to get the vehicle in for service immediately, I was denied coverage. Ryan never informed nor handed me any warranty info, I was unaware of the 3 month time frame. Dale made it clear that he would rather argue than back up his vehicles. I’m glad I got such a “great deal” on a Jeep that is falling apart. Extremely shady folks.

Brought truck in for issues had to get parts ordered month later I called parts were in scheduled appointment and when I got truck back in the parts had disappeared. And to top it off got truck back with a gouge in the paint in the hood

Never again will I do business with this dealership! Went on Black Friday to look at getting a new vehicle cause the lease was up on my Jeep Patriot at the end of January, and even though I had 1 payment left that I wanted to see if I could get into something early. So I found something I liked on the lot, filled out the credit app and told them I'd be back when they open at 10 am on Saturday to pick up the new vehicle and sign all the paperwork. RecommendedHUGE shout out to Nathan in the body shop! My jeep wrangler was hit Saturday when parked on the street, the guy took off. I had it towed that day and when the body shop opened on Monday they went to work. Nathan was awesome. Sweet, kind, and sympathetic. He kept me in the loop and answered any questions or concerns I had. They had the car looking like new by Wednesday evening! I seriously couldn't be any happier with the service from Nathan and the body shop!
