I was very pleased working with Lynn and Theresa, they exhibited great customer focus, acting as an advocate for me, helping me determine if ta reverse mortgage was best for my circumstances. Lynn could have been pressing a sale, but she was more interested in making sure I was making a good decision. Both Lynn and Theresa were very responsive, the communication was excellent and the process was efficient. Great job!

Great experience during the whole process, from beginning to end . Even appraiser & notary were very nice to work with. If thinking of other company, without hesitation go with Arlo!

Our experience with Mike S****** and Raven during the reverse Mortgage process was exceptionally good. Mike & his team were helpful, answered every question that we had and bent over backwards to let us know what was expected of us. They were extremely professional. Very happy with the process and outcome. Walter G****, Sr. Loan Officer and Theresa L**, Loan Processer were my contacts and I am giving them 5 Stars for excellent customer service. They were professional, attentive to details and treated me very well as we moved through the process. Communication was always prompt. We really felt sorry for the folks at ARLO in having to deal with our constant questions!! However, despite our lack of understanding sometimes, Kat and Jay were always polite and courteous in answering our questions and concerns. Kudos to both of them for their hard work and for putting up with us! We are happy to recommend this company, and are thankful that we chose them for our reverse mortgage!

I was very impressed by the service offered by Doug B****** and Raven A*****. Their responses were always prompt, factual, and without any sales pressure whatsoever. Doug really knows his stuff, all of the ins and outs of reverse mortgages. The documentation process was very smooth, very understandable, and easy to do online.

I would, without reservation, recommend Kat K********* and her team (especially Tiffany) to process your reverse mortgage. I was hesitant to start the whole process (I just hate paperwork and forms nowadays), but Kat would contact me via email and that would gently prod me to get going. No hard sell at all thank goodness! Also, during the process, Tiffany was very helpful and patient in having me (and my computer challenged brain) transfer documents online.
