ARLO was great regarding our Reverse Mortgage. It was handled very professionally by Walter Genie. He never failed to answer any question I had no matter what time of day it was. They were able to get my Reverse Mortgage done in a little over a month even though the COVID-19 SIP had taken place during that time. I highly recommend them!

I spent quite a bit of time shopping for a reverse mortgage called several companies including those that you see advertise on TV. As expected I found that unfortunately most of the agents were not well trained in product knowledge and I even had one start to interrogate me with a slew of questions before he would answer my questions so I of course ended the call. I am SO glad I found All Reverse Mortgage ! Walter G**** and Raven A***** were always there to answer all my questions so I always knew what to expect and When to expect it. No surprises and definately NO disappointments. And the whole process was so streamlined and efficient - I was able to close quickly. From the first email to final closing documents - one month and 2 days ! I am so Very grateful to All Reverse Mortgage - this was literally a life saver for me.

However, Lynn J**** and Jay M**** were always available by phone to hold my hand and take care of my needs and questions. Closing the paperwork was easy and done in the comfort of my home. Mike S****** and Theresa L made the process very easy. Quick answers to all of my questions. Always got back to me about any issue. Funds were available to me exactly as they outlined so I knew what and when to expect. This was not the first company that I contacted about a reverse mortgage, but they were who I decided on due to how my questions were addressed. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reverse mortgage.

After checking out the “other” company, I settled on All Reverse Mortgage. They were thoroughly upfront and transparent with me. Our case was quite complex, bur Kat and Tiffany patiently walked me through each step. They even hired a mobile notary that reflected their professionalism in our closing. We are extremely happy with All Reverse Mortgage, and we highly recommend them!
