I did a lot of research before picking All Reverse. I received several offers from reputable companies, but in the end All Reverse came in with the best offer the first time. We had the other companies offer to match their offer, but my question was why didn't they give me their best offer the first time. Mike & Jay were both phenomenal. All Reverse Mortgage is truly the best in the business. Based on my previous contacts with other Reverse Mortgage Companies, it was clear that I wouldn't be able to get the same quality of friendly and thorough customer service, expertise and helpfulness anywhere else. I closed on my reverse mortgage in June/July 2019. I am retiring at the end of this year and have some $$ in my 401k but was worried it alone would not be enough. I also had a very large equity in my home and wanted to use some of it if I needed to. I had a wonderful experience with Walter Genie and Raven Acosta and everything was smooth and easy. Now I can retire knowing I have the funds to fix up my home with no worries.

All Reverse Mortgage was a pleasure to work with in obtaining my Reverse Mortgage. After doing internet searches, I contacted 5 companies. I have never had such great customer service with any company as I had with All Reverse and John Briggs. After checking out several well known national as well as local reverse mortgage companies and getting quotes, All Reverse was the best in terms of spending time with me to understand the options as well as by far leading up to the best financial result.
