Everything was great from beginning to close. They're proposals were always better then other companies, and I think I talked to many of the larger companies and some smaller locals also. Customer service was the best, they were understanding and were there to answer questions when they came up. I would recommend All Reverse Mortgage to any one who wants an easy but professional close.
My wife and I did a Reverse Mortgage with this company and they were all very nice and helpful and walked us through all there was to doing a reverse mortgage. Kim J**** was our main contact person and she was very nice and helpful, she went out of her way to explain everything to us. We also had contact with Tiffany and Gloria and they both were very helpful. If anyone out there looking for a good and reliable company to work with on a reverse mortgage we recommend ALL REVERSE MORTGAGE, great people.

Working with Kim at All Reverse Mortgage was a pleasure. However, the underwriters' requirement for documentation of three years' worth of certain payments for each of four houses was annoying and unnecessary in the extreme. Nevertheless, the loan was closed with no further problems. We have been very happy with the operation of the loan since. Draws are funded within two days of the request. If anyone is in the market for a HECM, I can heartily recommend working with Kim but watch our for those underwriters.
RickW***** and Raven A***** helped me to complete the Reverse Mortgage deal. The process was explained in detail and all questions were answered to my satisfaction. The entire process went very smoothly and the deal was closed within few short days. What a relief! I am very pleased with the service and srongly recommend All Reverse motgage to friend, families and anyone interested. All reverse mortgage was so great to work with. I had spoken to 6 other companies and spent hours researching the best company to use for our reverse mortgage. Some of the other ones wouldn’t quote without running our credit, and others were rude and condescending. Walter and Tiffany at All Reverese were a cut above the rest.
