Our third great experience with All Reverse Mortgage, two for my wife and I and one recommendation to a family member. From top management, Cliff *********, to Sr. Sales Manager Walter ***** to Loan Processor Jay ***** everyone was on top of their game. The loan went through as quickly as was reasonably possible, the terms were fully explained and all of our questions answered. If six stars were available they would have earned and awarded. Ted B

I closed my Reverse mortgage last month with ARM. Originally I contacted another company but was not happy with them. They tried to rush things and bully me. I contacted ARM and spoke with Charles *****. He was very courteous and helpful. There was a lot of issues and paperwork that came up during the process and Charles was on top of it all the way. My wife and I recently closed on a reverse mortgage with All Reverse Mortgage. Caren ****** was extremely helpful in explaining everything and answering any questions posed. Prior to deciding upon ARM I contacted three competitive lenders, reviewed their proposals and discussed aspects with them. I additionally read reviews posted on the BBB site. Last month I closed my reverse mortgage with ARM. John ****** was very helpful explaining absolutely everything involved with the process. Many people advised me against a reverse mortgage. However, for me, it was a good thing. I contacted three different companies, received three proposals, and then did my homework. ARM had the best deal and I felt comfortable during the process.

We closed on our reverse mortgage through All Reverse this month, after a delay waiting for the extended completion of our new home, and the ensuing complications. The entire time, Kim, Jay and others at All Reverse made the process as easy as possible. And, they up front had the best rates of the many lenders I contacted, without the ‘I might be able to do better’ and ‘we can match a better offer’ weasel words elsewhere. They are pro’s who get the job done.

Did a reverse mortgage with this company and found that Michael ******* was great to work with. He worked with me on every question I had. This was a great company to work with. If you are looking at a reverse mortgage I would recommend All Reverse Mortgage to anyone. Again 5 stars!

My husband and I recently closed our reverse mortgage with All Reverse and couldn't be happier. We were treated very well by the entire All Reverse Mortgage team. John ****** was very helpful in explaining the process and getting the ball rolling. I always wonder about doing business over the phone and by email. It was such an easy experience working with All Reverse Mortgage. I initially spoke with Rick W*******, whom is very knowledgeable of the Reverse Industry. He explained the process, the pros and con, and things to consider before moving forward. Rick provided a quote, and when I was ready I contacted him to start the process on my Reverse. It was a real pleasure to work with All Reverse Mortgage. Kim Jones was absolutely wonderful, extremely responsive, very knowledgeable, always followed up and a real joy to work with.
