KIm and All Reverse Mortgage were amazing. Another lender told me that I didn't have enough equity to do a reverse mortgage at all but Kim did it. I've done several refis and none have been quicker or simpler. I collected a mountain of documents I expected they would want based on previous experience and almost all of it went unused. I am thrilled. It was easy.

Let me start by saying I had very little understanding of what a reverse mortgage is.But with the help of Rick W******* (sales manager) and Raven A***** they went over all of my questions,( and I had many. )They very prompt and very thorough in explaining to me all of the questions I had.They also were very prompt and thorough in explaining the steps I had to do, to further the process to completion.So my experience with All Reverse Mortgage Inc. was a very pleasant one, and I would recommend to anyone.

Working with Kim J**** and the excellent staff at All Reverse Mortgage was a great experience. We used Lending Tree to initiate contact with reverse mortgage lenders. It created numerous contacts from various lenders, including All Reverse Mortgage and Kim J****. The number of contacts via Lending Tree can be a little overwhelming, but quickly I was able to determine those that were just selling and those who wanted to help. Was looking at other reverse mortgage companies, but the immediate response and offer from John B***** was right on target. John went out of his way to insure that everything went smoothly. Can not thank him enough .Took less than a month from start to finish. Jay M**** the loan processor was fast very courteous and answered every question. This was the easiest financial company that I have ever dealt with. ARLO is the way to go for reverse mortgages..

I turned to All Reverse Mortgage when Finance for America, after a year, couldn't/wouldn't finance my reverse mortgage due to some very unreasonable FHA restrictions on condos. It seems FFA didn't know (or care) about the program that All Reverse offered for jumbo condominiums. Let me tell you about Kim J**** and Tiffany. These ladies worked on my reverse mortgage file. We had an issue with my property, but they never left me alone to wonder if I was going to be able to close. They continued to followup with me the entire time. It took months to resolve the issue, but they never left me alone throughout the process. I heard from both of them on a regular basis and the process of going through was simple and Kim made everything super clear. She's a gem and you should ask for her by name.

The All Reverse Mortgage Company with the assistance of Mr. Walter G**** and Tiffany did a fantastic job on helping us attain a reverse mortgage. Our particular situation was not an easy mountain to climb. Mr. G**** and Tiffany gave us a step by step guidance in reaching our goal. Thanks to the personal and professional approach from Mike coupled with the patience and perseverance of Tiffany the path to our successful reverse mortgage was surprisingly smooth.
