I used Reverse Mortgage after trying another company that would not return phone calls and or emails. After 6 months I switched to Reverse. I was pleasantly surprised at how efficiently this company handled our request for a reverse mortgage. Once we decided to do one, we were kept informed all the way and there were no surprises ( other than from a local stupid ordinance) and the process went well.
