All Reverse is the best. I am taking time to right a second review. I owe this free time to write on account of the excellent work performed by this group of mortgage professionals. My reverse was funded in 17 working days last September. I have finance background but anyone could have helped the professionals by having all copies legible and 125% so the underwriter can plainly read your documents. I am more than just a little impressed with All Reverse Mortgage. The amount of information and help I have received from Cliff is beyond the beyond. I originally contacted three companies. The other two were so far behind All Reverse Mortgage that it is truly absurd. Some answers provided to me in less than 24 hours the other two companies couldn't get back to me in weeks if ever. Helen and I are very happy with your handling of our reverse mortgage. Every time we had a question or concern each of you reacted quickly, courteously and thoughtfully. I know our reverse mortgage had some difficult challenges, notably rounding up an appraiser and also working through our recent two boundary line agreements. After extensive research I found that All Reverse Mortgage Co. had the best Margin rate and program. Other lenders I had been talking to could not match it. After the process bogged down a little due to the pre election flood of loans, a call to Cliff A got the loan finished quickly. The best part: Everything he had promised (terms, rates, details) turned out EXACTLY as initially stated (pleasant surprise nowadays). Very happy with loan and this company.
