I researched several reverse mortgage companies before selecting All Reverse Mortgage Company. They did not disappoint. The service I received from them was excellent. They usually answered the phone directly and always returned my calls promptly if I had to leave a message. Cliff patiently answered all my questions to help me understand the process and I had lots. Now long retired, my wife and I have considered moving out of state. My experience with All Reverse Mortgage was all positive. They always returned my phone calls, answered all my questions, Worked with me to get the loan through when there was a question with the appraisal. The loan went through in about a month just as they had said. I went to AAG last year, had a terrible Appraisal done by them, nothing was right on it, they wouldn't re-do the appraisal, they were bad about returning calls. Cliff and everyone I spoke to in his office made sure I understood how a reverse mortgage works and what to expect after I apply for the mortgage. I was given several cash out options. No surprises from anyone I dealt with. Website is very useful. My reverse mortgage loan was easily able to close in a very reasonable period of time. I would go to All Reverse Mortgage again in the future, if necessary.
