Recently applied for a reverse mortgage with All Reverse Mortgage. From the time I applied until closing I never felt pressured or over-whelmed with the process. The All Reverse team Kim Jones, Jay M**** and Teresa and others worked together liked a well oiled machine making this possible. I was as relaxed with them as I would have been a family member.
I contacted three different companies for information about a reverse mortgage. I chose All Reverse Mortgage because their fees were quite a bit lower than the other two, the information I requested was provided promptly and was clearly presented. Through the process, the people I dealt with were all knowledgeable , professional, responded quickly, and kept me informed as to how things were proceeding. Everything went smoothly and as represented.
I was in the real estate business for several years. I had always heard bad things about reverse mortgages, and saw first-hand how the (old) process earned its reputation. It all started with the reverse mortgage company my parents were with sold the servicing to a sub-standard company ( 1 star in online reviews). Yikes, I needed to find a new company for them. I received a reverse mortgage from All Reverse in Orange County, CA. I have nothing but absolute praise for Kim J and Tiffany K who processed my loan; they were very patient, caring and promptly responded to my emails or phone calls. They made sure that I understood the loan completely, and immediately answered all my questions.
