I worked with Mike and Jay from All Reverse Mortgage. They were very knowledgeable, accessible, and very professional. I could ask any questions and they patiently answered every question I had. My experience with All Reverse Mortgage was extremely good. They were very helpful and understanding of my personal problems (death of a close person) and waited until I got my life back in order and finalized the reverse mortgage.

Rick Williams and his team were excellent in guiding us through the process. Rick was patient and supportive with our preparations for the assessment of the value of our home. Other staff assisted us with the collection of the necessary paper work for the application and kept us advised as to the status of the application.

I have nothing but praise for the professionalism of Kim ***** at All Reverse....... she sees it as a priority to be available to her clients. Office hours, evenings and weekends she is available.... she returns emails and calls promptly with the information requested. I had a very bad experience with another Reverse Mortgage company and I was really hesitant to go through the whole process again..... Let me start by saying if you're looking to do a reverse mortgage, you should ask for Kim *****. Her level of service and professionalism is second to none. It is clear that she is very busy as she is direct and to the point, but with kindness that pops through the phone.
