Greeting I closed on my reverse mortgage in Dec. of 2018, Rick ******** and Raven were great to work with, while processing the loan. The issue is in the servicing the loan. All Reverse uses a servicing company called ********** *********, Working with them is like working with the Three Stooges. We have verified that the borrower’s All Reverse Loan Officer has had multiple conversations with our customer based on several detailed recorded notes with these issues described. The servicing department has verified the property taxes are not due until 04/30/2019 and are scheduled to be paid in full prior to that time. They are not now nor will they become delinquent.
