I had excellent customer service from both Walter Genie the sales person and from Jay Moore the processor. They were always available to answer my questions and I had a lot. I am a retired SVP from the Mortgage Industry and know good talent when I see it. I would highly recommend All Reverse Mortgage to anyone who is seeking one.

I dealt with three different company’s before finding All Reverse. Working with Rick Williams was a pleasure right from the start. He spoke about the facts and figures in easy to understand jargon, was upfront with the closing costs, final payouts and interest rates. The others where more like used car salesmen. As usual "this wasn't my first round-up" because I had checked with various other reverse mortgage companies before going all in with All Reverse Mortgage. Some reverse companies switched me to other personnel-instead of communicating "one on one" and some got back to me later. I can't say enough about All Reverse Mortgage Co. and the Professional customer service i had with Kat Kronebusch and Raven. Over the past 6 years, I have tried 5 other rev. Mort. companies and failed to get the RM for various reasons. ARM pushed the process through with speed and without a lot of excess paperwork and time that the others made me do. This was Jumbo Mortgage which made it all that much more complicated. I am amazed at the speed in which this was done. If i ever move to another home, i will certainly use them ... read more

all reverse mortgage was great to work with. walter genie and his staff were very easy to deal with. I CHECKED OTHER COMPANIES, BUT GOT THE BEST RATE from all reverse.would recommend them to anyone.

I want to thank All Reverse Mortgage and in particular, Rick Williams and, his associate, Raven Acosta, for helping me through the process of obtaining my mortgage. Rick was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and thorough in explaining the options available. He was above all very patient,helpful and considerate guiding me throughout the entire process. Mike S******, Sr Reverse Specialist, did an outstanding job handling my account by providing me with the information I needed to make a decision to move forward with confidence.
