The people at All Reverse Mortgage are wonderful. Cliff ********* and Tiffany K************ were absolutely on point during the entire refinance process. They were always available - night or day - whenever I had a question or needed information. Everything we did was handled by email (which made things very convenient), except for the signing, which was done in my garage - in order to observe proper social distancing. All Reverse Mortgage Inc. we dealt with Michael B and Tiffany and it was a very stress-free experience. If we had questions they immediately contacted us, and eased any apprehension, we had with just giving us the facts. It was just before the Covid-19 scare and Michael recommend to pause while things were uncertain at that point. Appreciated his honesty. I highly recommend All Reverse Mortgage! Charles G**** and Teresa helped me every step of the way. I was able to complete this reverse mortgage without physical contact with people because I am in isolation during this pandemic. They arranged for everything to be done online or by phone call and set up a closer to come to my home to close. We completed the closing outside with masks and gloves and hand sanitizer! I've had the pleasure of working with Cliff Auerswald and his team at All Reverse Mortgage on 2 occasions. Both times I had problems (mine, not his). Although it wasn't his job, both times Cliff stepped up and helped me get the issues resolved. Based on my personal experience, Cliff and his team are honest, efficient and more than helpful.
