I tried other reverse mortgage companies, lost time and money on applications and junk fees. I found All Reverse Mortgage Inc. They make it so easy and fast, my friend a realtor Tex Perkins wanted their phone number for his clients. The head person to call that did my reverse mortgage on my condo is Michael Schuler , Mike his team work together and made it happen in 30 days. They were honest, professional, and very personal. The people at All Reverse Mortgage are the best.They kept me well informed during the whole process.Their rates and fees are the best in the business.If I had any questions or concerns I could call my loan officer Rick Williams and ask him for information or answer any of my questions. If he wasn't able to answer the call he returned it promptly.I wouldn't look any place else for a reverse mortgage.

Special thanks to Michael Branson, Jr. for his honesty, responsiveness, and thoroughness throughout the lending process (actually, twice for me -- once for a HECM and a few years later refinancing the loan as a jumbo when that became a better option). My entire experience with All Reverse Mortgage was amazingly pleasant, efficient and smooth! Mike and Raven were not only knowledgeable, and professional, but patient with my concerns and questions. I would gladly recommend this team to anyone with fears or concerns about the process or the final outcome of this financial option for seniors. In spite of the slowdown due to the Pandemic things progressed in good time.

Joe I would recomend all revers mortgage to any one that I hear that is Thinking about going through a reverse morgtgage loan. I had some issues with my mortgage, Mike And Caren at All Reverse Mortgage were that best, they helped me with my issues and any question I had they got back to me by e-mail within an hour if not the next day for shure.

After a very frustrating experience with a much TV advertised company, I came across ARLO. Night and day ! The whole process was pleasant, efficient and very professional, from start to finish, nine weeks, which is great considering the current Covid situation.
