I highly recommend ARM! Walter Genie and Raven A***** were great to work with. We were very apprehensive about this process and waited about two years before deciding. Not once did Walter put pressure on us to make a decision. He just kept us up to date with the latest changes via emails. He set our minds at ease once we made our decision to pursue a reverse mortgage. It was an easy non-stressful process. We are so glad we went through ARM and feel we made the right decision in choosing them.

We needed a reverse mortgage living on Social Security and other minimum income supporting seven under our roof that includes three grand children. Rick W******* and his staff were great and made it happen without charging 'loan origination fees' and reduced other closing expenses. I looked at two other 'brokers' and their fees would have forced us to bring more than $3,000 to the table to make it happen. Also, we are very fortunate that the home value appreciation in our area made this possible.

My experience with All Reverse Mortgage was an absolute delight. WALTER D. G****, my contact, is a kind and gracious gentleman with great knowledge of reverse mortgages. He took the time to be sure that I understood the entire process and was always available for my questions. His associate JAY M**** was also a great help as I had many complications due to COVID 19, however, he, too, was pleasant and thoughtful, and kept me abreast of the documents that my realtor, my attorney, and I needed to provide to him. Thought about doing a conventional loan, as rates dropped. However, after talking with Doug B****** he sold me on the reverse. Made so much sense for my situation, Doug was very helpful. And Tiffany helped with all the paper work. Both were very professional and extremely helpful.

I have refid twice with mike s****** at all reverse mortgage. Very happy both times. Process went as planned. No bs, straight, honest answers. His quotes were as good or better than any others. Would highly recommend them again

I am so pleased. There was a special challenge with the trust agreement, since I have my home in a living trust, but Caren got everything done quickly and professionally. What I thought might be a problem, All Reverse overcame easily. I was kept informed at every step by Cliff and Caren and the others in the funding and escrow team. I recommend All Reverse to all my friends who are considering a reverse mortgage.
