All reverse setup a reverse mortgage for us 10 year ago, and we went back to them for a reverse refi this year (closed 11/2020) to take advantage of the lower interest rates and lower HUD insurance. Just had a reverse Mortgage done by Rick W*******, and Raven A***** , the we’re great in handling all my questions and concerns , were always there to take my calls or get back to me within the same day. I did a lot of research into reverse mortgage’s and they offered the best , and never made me feel obligated to use there company. It was a difficult decision being I live in North Carolina and there in California, but it was just like they were around the corner.I give them 5 stars.
