I just went through the process of a reverse mortgage. **** ******* was my mortgage specialist and was superb! **** is outstanding. Professional, courteous and highly efficient. Great doing business with them.
****** ***** was extremely helpful in the process. He was available to answer any questions that I had. His assistant ******* was on top of the documents needed. ****** treated me like family. He was warm and caring. I had originally contacted another well known Reverse Mortgage Company to compare rates. **** had lower fees and the bottom line was more favorable. The other Company reminded me of car salespersons!
This was the most helpful website I EVER found on ANY subject, much less this most complicated one. They contacted me personally, and answered every question, within hours, and eased our concerns. There are not enough stars to give this website and its owner. He took a complex issue and made it simple. Then he was patient with my slow understanding of his answers. I simply cannot emphasis enough how wonderful this website and its help has been.
