We obtained the reverse mortgage and are currently very happy with the process. There were a few hiccups initially and both the loan officer and the loan processer did what was needed to correct the issues. They were very professional and I really appreciated that. For the most part, it went very smoothly and I am very happy. I would definitely use them again.
I got exceptional service from this company. *********************** is so professional and friendly, always there when I needed him to answer questions. I recommend using him to do your loan. Also ********************* was great finishing our loan, she always return calls promptly and emails. These two were a great team. Do not pass this company over cause they were great.
