Lynn and Tiffany made the loan application and processing painless. One of the reasons we hadn't refinanced sooner was dreading all the documentation work required on our part. Tiffany made it uncomplicated and easy for us to provide the required paperwork. Lynn and Tiffany actually answered the phone when we called or got back quickly to emails. I can't say enough how enough how Lynn and Tiffany guided me through the process of obtaining a reverse mortgage. This is my 2nd refinance with Walter Genie. He is available at all times to answer the numerous questions that I have. Well it was a very long drawn out process. But it went very smoothly. I remember previous refinancing episodes that were a total nightmare. Douglas Branson and Tiffany Knustgraichen made the whole process very easy. I looked into a reverse mortgage mid 2020 with two company’s. ARLO, specifically Doug is the guy who kept emailing me about recent good changes in the laws. I appreciated that. You can’t go wrong. Now we get to make upgrades to the old homestead.
