This hospital has gone downhill now that anita Bought this hospital delete one room daylight 7 visitors in for 1 elderly patient but yet I couldn't even get my mother until I deliberately got up and when delete waiting room and died her my soul I was the only 1 in the room I will never return to the hospital again
Your organization represents everything that is wrong with the medical profession in this country. You are making it impossible to get an annual physical. First you limit the number of physicals per day, then you require that the patient makes two visits to complete their physical. Perhaps it hasn’t occurred to you the patients have jobs. We have been going to the same doctor for 15 years, and up until your worthless bureaucratic organization got involved, we were very pleased. The nurses and Doctors were great and I cannot say enough about them but I wanted someone at Alexian Brothers to be aware of what had happened. My husband (79 Years old) was released yesterday at around 4. The person with the wheel chair came and we went down to the south tower she stopped at the door and said that was as far as she could go and left. Very frustrated. Was in this hospital for diverticulitis and the doctor who was seeing me and discharged me did not call in the prescription for the antibiotics. So after 4 days with IV antibiotics I may have another issue because the doctor despite numerous pages would not call back. Gross incompetence!
Their transition to a new computer system is so disorganized. A patients history should not be compromised in your cross over.
Have been trying to get the email of the Patient Advocate at ABBH to no avail. I have been trying to get disability paperwork filled out for weeks so I can start collecting disability for the weeks I was off of work. Now I am being told that if I want my paperwork I have to make an appointment with a doctor to get that done. This should have been done while I was a patient.
