I received excellent care from the staff and doctors. I had to have surgery, nurse Kelly in the er was awesome! After surgery the nurses were caring and attentive.
It's amazing that cell phones are more important than solving a health problem. It's embarrassing.
I wait for 3 hours 2 get a room but it was all okay
I went in to have something removed from my eye which was removed without pain and they found me a charger for my phone when the battery died while i was waiting. The hospital must go out of their way to hire the nicest and most helpful people they can find. I would recommend this hospital highly

I brought my 97 year old grandma here and we waited about 2 1/2 Hours to get a room in the emergency department, I was fine with that because they were jam packed .. what people fail to understand is that they can only see so many people at a time! They take the worst cases first.. there was a man complaining that it was the worst hospital ever.. he obviously has not had the pleasure of going to a Chicago hospital, or a hospital out if the country!
