Great Hospital. Valet Parking...with crutches this was very important. Starbucks in the Lobby after my appointment with my Podiatrist I needed a cup of java skinny grande latte. friendly service oriented desk personnel. Hospital is modern and planned organized and professional offices. I have always been pleased with all phases of hospital....especially the Cancer Center and Physical Therapy Departments.
My husband went to ED for severe leg pain. At registration, we were told there were 2 patients ahead of Jim & the would get him into a room. Everyone went ahead of Jim & he was left in a wheel chair for a long 2 hours. I finally asked the man why Jim is still waiting, he didn't really say why Jim was left behind but within 15 minutes, someone came to put Jim in a room. The ED doc was surprised that Jim was taken for am US without being evaluated first. I dont want to hear any excuse why Jim was forgotten about in the waiting... read more
Dr freeman in the emergency room was excellent. He found my blood clot in my lung. Also thank u for all the care u all have given me while I was in hospital.
I was going in for an out patient procedure. Check in was super easy. They called me to registration before I even finished writing my name! Sat down in waiting room less than 5 minutes before being escorted back to pre op. Everyone was super friendly. I have some issues with anesthesia and the anesthesiologist took the time to address my concerns. The only thing that did concern me was the nurse was still asking me questions in the operating room when I was going down for the count. Guess it wasn't anything important, lol. ... read more
