Just had knee surgery there today. It was a very smooth process, with great people caring for me. The staff were wonderful and made what could be a very stressful and rough day, as pleasant as it could be.
I have no complaints! The staff was very informative and very professional and understanding and quick in my healthcare. The 2nd floor staff was very accommodating and concerned regarding my stay in the cardiology department. It was a comfortable experience. I would use this place if I ever need again but faithfully I prayerfully I would not in order to have good health instead. The staff and my doctor should be given a gold star award for their excellent works.
Had my 14 year old in for an ear infection. Saw Dr. Tritt, he was awesome with her! On top of his wonderful bedside manner, we were in and out in LESS THAN a hour! Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable! My daughter is a nervous nelly and the whole staff treated her accordingly. I was extremely pleased!
With my medical issues I'm back and forth between St Alexis and Alexian Brs. In both hospitals I was treated with kindness and respect. I dont enjoy being at hospitals but they make it seem bearable.
