I went to a doctor appointment here in regards to gender dysphoria and possibly starting HRT. The doctor was unhelpful and lacked basic knowledge in the area. He claimed that he would look up some resources and send them to me but he never followed through. They just took my copay and shat on me. Trash.
trying to make an appointment with your doctor is horrible. you wait on hold for at least 20 minutes, can't speak to the office. and the red tape is ridiculous. central scheduling needs a lesson in customer service.

He assured us that we were a priority and he would make make sure everything would be without any delay. He was right , tomorrow we are headed to have the stent put in on my mother in law first thing in the am. Thanks for stepping up after a stressful am. Thanks for making things right
