Alex and Ani has no idea what customer service is all about. I have order an item for my wife's birthday on 12/3 - after their website on Cyber Monday didn't work. I have called their customer service the last 10 days and have not got anyone live on the phone- it's always busy! But they have the time to block me on their Facebook page.
