Tiffani at Culver Road Armory provided such poor customer service. She was condescending and rude and should find a different position that does not involve working with people.
Went to the store at Disney Springs today looking for a childhood cancer bracelet. My 22 month old daughter is battling a brain tumor and I wanted something to honor her fight. Brenda was so helpful, empathetic and caring. She showed me the options, explained the differences and shed a tear with me. I love my bracelet and will never forget her kindness. Thank you Brenda

I love Alex and Ani, however I will NOT return to this location. The so call Assistant Manager was very rude. She wanted to go word for word with me about exchanging some of my gold bracelets that had tarnished. I will, however continue to purchase bracelets from the other DMV Alex and Ani locations.
Great customer service paired with awesome jewelry! I had LOTS of questions and the staff was patient and attentive. I tried on several pieces until I found just the right ones. I'm so happy with my Alex and Ani pieces!
