My first time there was today ! I had such a fun time with a terrific gal, Kelly who helped me with knowledge , patience, and true having the love for helping me find all the purchases filling my needs, as if she actually knew me for years. The store itself gave me the feeling of a kid in a candy store , but also an atmosphere of real good vibrations of people finding themselves , and I was one of them ! Thank You !
I wanted to exchange a duplicate bracelet I received for a gift- it was obviously brand new, still in a sealed bag, and in an Alex and Ani gift box. I was told they could not do it in the store. Very bad business. I WOULD have likely purchased above my exchange, but instead - I will never step foot in this store again.
