worst service ever. There were 5 employees in the store when I walked in. 4 were huddled around a laptop on the counter blocking the section of braclets I wanted to look at. They didnt seem to notice I was right behind them trying to find the one I wanted. Once I found what I wanted I wondered the price (since nothing is tagged). I asked one of the girls if she could help me. She replied "yeah whats up?" really? "yeah whats up?" Wow. I didn't want to puchase ONE thing in there!

Went in to ask about repair on a broken bracelet that I paid 60.00 for. The bracelet was damaged due to poor workmanship. This bracelet was purchased over a year ago and does not fall inside their return policy. So they basically shoe’d me out and told me to take it somewhere to get repaired. This company is a billion dollar company and didn’t even offer to pay for repairs to there own bracelet. I waited over a week for a package that was a gift to find out it never even was shipped to me! I'm so frustrated! Customer Service had no explanation for me and now I don't have a gift for someone. Explanation on their end was we will ship overnight you will receive tomorrow. How about reimbursement for shipping or something? Never will do business again with you!!!!
