I waited over a week for a package that was a gift to find out it never even was shipped to me! I'm so frustrated! Customer Service had no explanation for me and now I don't have a gift for someone. Explanation on their end was we will ship overnight you will receive tomorrow. How about reimbursement for shipping or something? Never will do business again with you!!!!
