Absolutely HORRIFIC customer service! They will never get another dollar or recommendation from me! I ordered 2 bracelets on December 26, 2017 and returned them NEXT DAY. Today is January 19, 2017 and I STILL don't have my refund! I called your company and you're still telling me I have to wait at least another week!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
Two days before Christmas and you lock your doors because you are too crowded - really? After telling an employee through the crack in the door I was just picking up 4 brackets on hold - I was asked to wait outside 10-15 minutes. I have a picture of how “crowded” the store was if you are interested.....And people wonder why there are so many retailers in trouble!

Just there shopping on Black Friday and I had my 1 year old with me in a stroller. I picked out my items very quickly with a nice employee. Then I was directed to the line to pay and pick up my items. First off, the line was NOT stroller friendly but was helped out by the lovely customers behind to navigate stroller (a small graco stroller).
