I purchased a bracelet from the West Broadway store in New York. Prior to visiting the store, I knew which items I wanted to see. It was pretty crowded. Surprisingly I made my purchase and was in and out of the store in a matter of 5 minutes. The associate was very friendly and attentive. I was very satisfied with my service. I give 4 stars only because I always leave room for improvement.
