Beautiful products. Horrendous customer service. I placed items on hold for all my kids teachers. The woman in the store (Jess) sold the items before I could pick them up. What's the point of email customer service when the woman writing the email doesn't even have the decency to do what she says she would do.
Great place to shop! The staff was so friendly and informative! I found some cute new bracelets for friends that hadn't hit the retail stores yet, plus some great sales! Can't wait to go back! The only drawback is the website advertised their opening time as 10 am and they didn't open until noon :(

This store is amazing! I love their merchandise, but the staff at the SoHo branch is amazing! Yesenia, the manager, is the friendliest sales person I've ever met! Literally could stay in their for an hour and have no idea she just talked you into buying a ton of stuff! Which is awesome! Very personable! Great stuff!
