My mom and I were in the Novi location today and it was super busy. Even with it being busy we were treated so well and taken care of! We will definitely be returning no matter the hour long drive.
Perfect for this school year. The workers were great and extremely helpful. Lots of background information about the brand, the quality of the bangle, and differences between each charm and bangle :-)

Tuesday was my 1st trip to an Alex & Ani store. I purchased 2 bracelets. Wednesday I purchased 1 in Disney's Epcot then I went back & purchased 1 more at this location. The staff was very friendly & knowledgeable. I had a gr eat experience both times.
