This was my first Alex and Ani store experience and all the girls working in there were so friendly and nice! Thank you to Ashly for helping me find the perfect bracelet for my grandma!
I was shopping at this location today and I'm very frustrated with the customer service I was given at this store. I ended up not even purchasing the bracelets i wanted because of how I was treated. Not only did one of the sales representatives ignore me in favor of someone else but the lady at the register, Ashley, was incredibly rude about my complaint and processed to mock me in front of other customers!
