I have purchased 2 appliances now from Albert Lee, and could not have asked for a better experience than I have had both times. Most recently my 3 year old refrigerator from Home Depot went out on me. No warranty, and about $500 in lost food. Called up on Roy at Albert Lee. He got to work immediately finding me the unit that I wanted and made sure we had the right unit for the space we have. With no frig in the house, and kids, Roy Schmidt made a point to get things rolling and had the refrigerator delivered the next morning... read more

If only I could post a picture of the state my house has been in since Albert Lee installed a new washer. The installer did not secure the hose in the drain and our house flooded from upstairs down through the ceiling. it's been almost a month and the work is not finished and the house is like a construction zone. What's really unfortunate is that when the flooding happened, the customer service rep told us that it happens often!!! REALLY!!!
They know the product line inside and out. Kris made sure I got the dryer I needed, not the cheapest thing out there, delivery was quick, and I will be buying several other things there as soon as we're ready.
Good place to purchase a replacement dishwasher.

We bought a dishwasher and disposal and cannot say enough about the excellent service we received from the moment that we entered the store through the experience of having the installer complete the job. Our installer was "Joaquin". He went over and above to insure that the installation of the disposal and dishwasher was properly installed and that we were satisfied. Joaquin deserves a 10 grade or an A+. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.
