After 12 weeks with a broken/ dead Jenn Air wall oven purchased new in 2015 from Albert Lee on Elliot Ave, I would think Albert Lee would want to honor their rhetoric about great customer service and their willingness to help. I have been dropped into the Void of "someone will be calling you by the end of day". I would think they would be able to discover this oven is a lemon and should be replaced with any other brand but Jenn Air. Great customer service. Really friendly staff. I had a few people while i was in the store ask me if I had any questions without any sales pressure. I would recommend to a friend. I also love that they are closed on memorial day and have a commercial honoring those who have died for this country instead of making a sale out of it.
My wife and I upgraded our washer and dryer recently. We received excellent service in the store and from the installers, at our home. We will purchase our next appliance upgrades from Albert Lee.

I would never shop here again. We purchased a Jennair range that arrived with the oven not working. It took nearly a month, 2 service calls from different individuals who obviously had never worked on this model stove before. The first one damaged the stove by trying to pry a part off. The second one didn't even know it was a down draft range and tried to just muscle it out of the island in my kitchen. When he went to put the range back, he actually m oved the island over 2 inches. They forced me to take delivery on the appliances almost immediately even though my kitchen remodel wasn't starting for another month. Once I called for installation after the remodel was complete, they scheduled me almost a month out for install. These weren't inexpensive appliances and neither was their installation cost. Unacceptable timelines from a company that specializes in appliances.
