We purchased a new refrigerator. We wanted to have it delivered but could not be delivered for a week. Our was not working. I picked it up the next day at the warehouse. It was just over a week and it started making a loud growling sound. I called Albert Lee. They transferred me to costumer service. Long story short. I would not recommend Albert Lee.

This is my second time buying appliances at Albert Lee and again it did not disappoint. Tim Retynski at the Tacoma location was amazing. He took his time (over an hour) going over my many questions and indecision. I love that they take their time with their customers and make them feel good about their choices. It may be a little more expensive then the box stores but their employees are vested and truly care. @albertlee1939 worse customer service ever!!!!! If you are buying they are charming... just wait until your appliance breaks. We’ve spent the last 2 months trying to get our refrigerator fixed. Terrible experience!
