customer service was amazing, went in looking for basic refrigerator that other box stores could not get for 2 months out, Eric Nelson searched and found exactly what we were looking for. will be delivered no fee and remove old.

Do not purchase from this company. They have zero interest in taking care of their customers. Had to go direct to manufacturer to have a brand new dishwasher fixed.

Built-in appliance replacement is difficult enough without a pandemic, but our sales rep, Cory in Tacoma was ever so patient and friendly and made it easy. He helped us find just what we needed over the phone. He was patient while we measured and remeasured and expressed our needs and worries. Our purchase was problem free and the cook top we purchased fit perfectly and installed easily. I would purchase from Cory again and recommend him to friends. In fact, I would like to thank him for his kindness and patience.
Albert Lee installed a new washer/dryer in my condo on May 1, 2020. It caused a flooding situation the same evening. My hardwood floors and carpets were damaged and as of May 21, I am still waiting for a response from Albert Lee on when they intend to fix the water damage to my floors and new carpets. Just had my new gas range delivered! Troy and Tristan were so nice, came with appropriate PPE on, and were extra careful to remove my old oven and get my new one in place and all leveled out. Would SOOO recommend Albert Lee any day over any of the big box stores. Honestly, I shopped around for prices for the specific oven I wanted, and Albert Lee beat both Home Depot and Lowes prices by $500!! So happy to buy from them, and will definitely shop there first whenever I need a new appliance!
