Horrible brand choice recommended and the customer service has been terrible too. Would not recommend buying from the Tacoma Store
I thought it was well run with plenty of store associates available for help, store associates talking to people in line providing info even before the doors opened, and everyone was engaged and in a good mood (store associates and customers alike). I was pleasantly surprised.

Hi, Very disappointed in the so called 3rd-4th March Sale at the Ballard Warehouse. Drove all the way from Marysville and the prices were terrible. I saw a couple deals, but was not worth the drive or wait in line. I can get better deals at Home Depot and Lowes -- They will even deliver and install for free! I have been to your regular stores and thought the prices were high there, but this sale was a complete joke! You suckered a lot of people with your fake ads. You should be ashamed!!!!

Our sales associate was very knowledgeable. One appliance was not in the showroom, but he showed us a similar one and explained the differences. He also provided us with specifications and installation instructions since we planned to do the work ourselves--induction cooktop, downdraft fan and wall oven. We are thrilled with our appliances and the prices were the best we found in the area.

Well I'm going shopping for some Bosh Appliances as they have professionals who help as well deliver and install your appliances needs !!!
I just had all my kitchen appliances replaced. There was a slight hiccup in actually getting the appliances INTO my kitchen, by my delivery person Xavier, and the dispatcher, Billy, put in extra time and figured out a way to get them in. I am so grateful for their "can do" attitude. And, I love my new appliances. I would definitely recommend Albert Lee, as not only do they provide quality appliances, but their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!!!!

Albert Lee to the rescue. I accidentally ordered the wrong fridge and had to return it cause it wouldn't fit in my kitchen. I didn't realize this mistake for a couple months, but they made it work. They made the process painless and really went the extra mile. Thanks

Bad experience with damaged products. Totally exhausted trying to get this resolved. Maybe third time is a charm. Three strikes and calling it quits. Albert Lee is not the Albert Lee I used to know.
