RecommendedI am impressed and happy to review my great my experience with Albert Lee. From sales people - who work together as a team - to the delivery - to the installation. Definitely would use them again.
I am three months into my “NEW” dryer purchased in June. The first dryer stopped working after one week. Albert Lee immediately replaces it. The next dryer made a loud ticking noise. I have had over 15 parts and 4 service visits to “FIX” the replacement dryer. The last guy left here Tuesday apologizing boy all the parts were delivered. I HAVE THREE TEENAGERS WHO STARTED SCHOOL and NO dryer. Tomorrow is Friday. Here is a photo of the mess the service guy made .
I wanted to support locally, bought a $3000 range on 7/30 installed on 8/22 and I still do not have a working range. Four hours after installation, it the oven stopped working when it reached 200 deg. Called Albert Lee, and was told customer service was closed, I explained it was making weird noises, should I shut off breaker, response was yes I probably would. Yay finally a new refrigerator ! Mine has been out for a little over a week :-( I was told a week to two week delivery date but was put on stand by and got it in 2 days !! This is not the first time I have used Albert Lee and will continue to use them with my appliance needs Thank you so much Derek Cox for helping me out !!! Out with the old and in with the new Yay I’m so Happy 🤗

Excellent help all the way. Prices, sales help from Palmer, delivery and installation from Troy and Billy were top notch.
Albert Lee made everything so easy for replacing my dying refrigerator. Bill made choosing a fridge easy. He was also very responsive to my questions. Troy and Omar were FANTASTIC! They were on time, efficient and were very careful to not bump into any of my walls or art when removing the old fridge and installing the new one. Thank you, team!
Tukwila Albert Lee. Not Nice People. they didn't even have the courtesy to come ask me to move my truck from a spot that in the last 2 weeks no one has parked even on the entire whole side of there building. they were just going to tow my truck. No Signs. no Employee mentioned it even when there Smoking employees coming out didn't say anything standing 5 feet away from the building.
