Our "vintage" range stopped working, and we couldn't get any repair people to even return our call, so we had to buy a new range. Albert Lee exceeded our expectations of service during this crazy time. Troy and Devon delivered our new range and took away our old but beloved range, and were extra careful about safety protocols (masks, gloves). We appreciate the great service and safe installation so much.
Ryan Conger, the delivery crew, and the installation crew were amazing to work with. My fridge died the day the stay home order went into effect. Ryan got creative and was able to find a fridge that would fit in my current built-in cabinetry and that could be delivered later the same day. The delivery crew and installation crew coordinated to get the old beast of a fridge out the door and the new one in place in a short amount of time. I am forever grateful.
I was surprised to receive a thank you card from Albert lee asking me to let everyone know how you did! When two delivery men showed up to deliver a Viking kitchen package, they asked me to help them... I mentioned I didn’t have any moving equipment and why didn’t Albert Lee send another guy if it was so heavy? The deliver person said I just needed to push against the bottom of the refrigerator to keep it from rolling away from him as the second delivery person positione...Continue Reading
Correction, Albert Lee was not who performed the faulty installation of the range we purchased from them, it was another non-affiliated entity. I do in fact still recommend Albert Lee and have confidence in their services.
Was assaulted by one of their employees at their warehouse sale. I didn’t realize you are not allowed to have two sales tags in the same category at once. Their clerk grabbed me from behind and twisted my arm to try to release the tag. Instead I dropped the other one and managed to get away. I reported it to management but no apologies just emphasizing that I shouldn’t have had two tags in my possession. BTW we spent over $26k that day. SMH!
Had a downdraft vent installed by their recommended installer last Friday and the blower doesn’t work. They said they would get a new blower for me. Then I get a call from Jennifer (a very unpleasant passive aggressive person) saying that they need to have someone come out and try and fix it before they can order a new blower! Over a week for an appointment. When I complained she said “well why don’t you talk to someone about it”?!?! Horrible customer service.
I had an appliance delivered and installed yesterday, it is not working I have messaged and emailed the company and yet not one response, customer service means everything to me, not responding in any way shape or form is a good way to lose what could have been a repeat customer
