Needed a new washer. Met Robert G. at Albert Lee. Told him what I was looking for - he listened and recommended 3 washers. Was knowledgeable and answered all questions. Did not try to upsell, which I truly appreciated! Made my selection, it was delivered/installed. I love my new washer - thank you Robert!

Aaron Lynch was awesome I’m helping us replace our Viking microwave with an identical model w/o the brand name and saved us a good chunk. He is knowledgeable and straightforward. We buy all our appliances there and get great service.

Amazing service by Kris. Needed to quickly replace a built in microwave and she found an available make and model that could easily be installed without modifying the casing. I would absolutely recommend Albert Lee!

Buyer beware! Terrible customer service! Agree with others who have said once they have your money, they don't care anymore and your customer 'service' will be virtually non existent. They provide bad information you can't trust, get your money and then stick you with the mess that's left over. Zero support and zero empathy. Take your business to a company that cares.

After researching your claims, we have confirmed that you had, in hand, both manufacturer specification sheets for your appliances to provide to the electrician you hired. Your electrician did not install the individual circuits required for both units as shown on the spec sheets.
