In total shock !! Bought used $700.00 Bosh dishwasher .. used for month it has glass pieces inside ! Almost crying , why goodwill item was sold in warehouse sale ??? Today delivered ... no words never thought it’s possible .
We went there looking for a new range/oven. Constance, our sales person was very knowlegeable about the products.. The delivery men were very professional and on time. We are very happy with our purchase.
Customer Service at it's worst! Avoid Albert Lee! I have called half a dozen times to get service set up for the 6 appliances we purchased. Messages left and ZERO return calls including a call to the salesman. What does it take to get service from this company? I wish we had spent money with a company that cares about their customers.
I purchased a new refrigerator from Albert Lee in Bellevue and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Matthew was very helpful in my purchase decision and answering my numerous questions. He helped me find the perfect one that fit my very limited space and was a French door style that I wanted. He price matched and special ordered for me.
